Reading & narration
What can I read for free?
Stories marked Free can be read in full without creating an account or subscribing. Registered readers can also save favorites, reading progress, and recently viewed stories.
How does narration work?
When narration is available for the selected story language, use the Reader audio controls to play, pause, restart, or mute it. Availability can vary by story and language.
Where is my reading progress saved?
Signed-in readers can continue stories from My Library. Progress, favorites, and recently viewed stories stay with the account.
Languages
Can I change the site and story language?
Yes. Use the language control in the site header or Reader. The Reader and the rest of FableGlade stay synchronized to the same selected language.
What happens if a story is not available in my selected language?
FableGlade falls directly back to the English story instead of showing content from a different translated language.
Subscription
What does a subscription unlock?
Premium unlocks the complete published FableGlade story library. Premium includes narration, page videos, and other story media where available. Free stories remain available without creating an account or subscribing.
Where can I manage my subscription?
Open Subscription from your account area to view the current plan and subscription status. Available billing and cancellation options are shown there.
Account & comments
Do I need an account to comment?
Yes. Approved comments can be read publicly, but submitting a comment requires a signed-in account. New comments are reviewed before they appear publicly.
Why does my comment not appear immediately?
Comments are moderated before publication to help keep FableGlade welcoming and appropriate for families.
